These tripods are individually hand made by a quality manufacturer and as such are not supplied with lamp shades. The shades pictured are not included. Lamp shades are available at most home decor stores. You can choose your own shade to suit your taste and home decor. The shade simply pops into the lamps bayonet and hand screws in tight
We strive to deliver products purchased from royalnautical.co.uk in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. On all domestic orders, shipping will be completely FREE. For International order there is weight based shipping.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. Once the order is placed by customer it will dispatched same day or 1 working day. If the order is dispatched and the buyer want to cancel the delivery we are unable to cancel it. The buyer is responsible to bear the return cost of the purchased item.
Once we received the return item with a good condition than we will proceed the refund to the buyer with in 3 business days. We always use the address provided by the buyer or verified paypal address. Any changes in delivery address please let us know at the time of placing the order.
If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on royalnautical.co.uk return’s policy.

Cancellation and return policy
100% MoneyBack if issue not resolved in maximum 30 days via same mode. Royal Nautical allows return of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:
Product is used/worn or altered
Physical damage to the box or to the product
If sealed package of branded products is open
The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
The product was defective,
Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
You changed your mind due to any other reason
Apart from the initial period, Royal Nautical still allows returns for upto 15 days from delivery in the following cases:

Post receiving your request Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
